Aspired by French Art de Vivre backed by a rich culture in Gastronomy and Wine, and how French people embrace a good sense of aesthetics and eco-friendliness in their daily lives, QueenEco is a taste hunter who stays between Hong Kong and Paris every year.  She is passionated to directly meet with industry professionals — wine makers, produces growers and cuisine creators — anywhere in France, be it a wine region or a gastronomic city.  Throughout the years, she has developed her own style of “Live Chic. Live Inspired” and has been interviewed by a variety of local media, especially leading female magazines and newspapers, to share her experiences.  She has also been invited to guest write on magazine columns, and as a guest speaker on television programs and lifestyle brands’ events.

Her passion for Gastronomy and Wine was first ignited during her business school time in the vibrant New York City where the dinning scene has been well-developed. To pursue her dream life, she quitted her career in the French luxury brands industry in 2008 and went to Paris for the full Wine and Spirits Initiation Program at Le Cordon Bleu, enjoying tasting with industry experts in the wine country of the world.  She attained The Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 3 (WSET III) advanced certificate thereafter. As she continuously explores and evolves, in 2017, she completed a multi-disciplinary Hautes Études du Goût (Advanced Study in Gastronomy and Taste) program jointly organized by Le Cordon Bleu Paris and the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.  It was an eye-opening opportunity meeting with an inspiring group of the crème de la crème experts each day and thus broadening her horizons in the gastronomic sphere.

2009: Founded QueenEco, a online platform to share with local educated females French Art de Vivre.  She envisions a lifestyle of slow living with good food and wine, appreciating details of everyday life. She curates with French entrepreneurs a series of “Live Chic. Live Inspired” events.

2011: Set up The Girls Room by QueenEco, a discreet address sprouted from her passion for curating a comprehensive French chic tea party every girl would wish for based on the concept of a Parisian girl’s apartment.  It is the first members-only tea parties club in Hong Kong and the pioneer specialising in bridal showers.  Its whimsical home-style tea party services have been elaborated from bridal showers to baby showers, birthday celebrations, and cozy wedding receptions, where customers can savour home-style regional specialties of France, re-styled by QueenEco.  Since its launch, it has been well supported by various media, and was chosen by Apple Daily, the major local newspaper, as one of the top ten afternoon tea locations in Hong Kong in 2012.

2014: Published The Girls’ Book to Paris by QueenEco, the first original insider Paris travel guide book in Hong Kong written in Cantonese, introducing practical travel etiquette tips.  Dedicated to the girl in every woman, all locations were personally tested and selected with care, and usually not covered by mainstream travel guides. The book received high praise from those in the know. As quoted by the Executive Director of the French Chamber of Commerce: “those recommendations were exceptionally local; it seems only people who have lived in Paris for more than a decade with love could have discovered them.”

2018: Developed Holiday Mood by QueenEco, a series of getaway experience programs in Hong Kong and other cities, for urbanites to savour “Live Chic. Live Inspired.” anywhere in the world.
